Sharing with you Peter’s simple creation. It makes for a fantastic afternoon snack. It’s easy, healthy and good. You just need three ingredients: A good slice of bread, hummus & Cherry tomatoes. Toast your slice of bread until nice and crunchy. Spread a layer of hummus on your bread and top with a few pieces of cherry tomatoes. Then drizzle a little olive oil on top, sprinkle a bit of sea salt and pepper. Voila! Enjoy and thank us later.
